MEDITATION

Every day at 7 am we have on of our gifted teachers guiding you through a meditation that will leave you centered and ready for the day. At Amansala we practice Mindfulness and we offer you a variety of different teachers that each take a different approach to how get your morning started. Morning Mantra, Morning Meditation and Morning Motivation.


7:30 am

BEACHWALK

Guided beachwalks with one of our fitness trainers, we start the first 20 minutes in silence to allow you center yourself and get grounded. You may choose to walk, run or jog, but we use this opportunity to get your heart rate going, while working with your breath to get your day started. We encourage you to start on an empty stomach, to get the most out of our morning walk.


8:30 am

VINYASA YOGA

Great music and creative flow guided with one of our amazing yoga teachers. You can expect a soulful sweat with great music and a powerful vinyasa flow. All teachers uniquely different and passionate about there teaching style and method. You will certainly feel challenged and spiritually guided to a more open place before breakfast.
